Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Team Manager to lead and optimize our core business functions. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with proven expertise in client coordination, reporting, and data analysis. The candidate should have strong proficiency in Excel, the ability to manage and interpret large data sets, and excellent communication skills for effective client correspondence. Additionally, the role requires experience in conducting training sessions, managing issues and risks with sound problem-solving abilities, and working knowledge of PI, multiple EHR systems, negotiation, and medical billing processes.  

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of 30+ members to drive operational efficiency, client satisfaction, productivity, and sustainable growth.
  2. Prepare, analyze, and present reports using Excel, including managing and interpreting large data sets.
  3. Coordinate effectively with clients via email and maintain strong professional relationships.
  4. Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
  5. Oversee issue and risk management, applying problem-solving skills along with knowledge of PI, EHR systems, negotiation, and medical billing.
  6. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and coach team members to meet performance standards. 
  7. Escalate issues proactively and provide timely solutions and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations management role, with at least 2+ years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing multiple teams or departments.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful operational strategies and process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, create reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
