We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our Client Relations Department. This position will serve as a backup resource for a team member who has recently left the department. The role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups on cases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. The role requires a professional who can manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and case progress.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of client requests.

  • Prepare and share client updates, reports, and required documentation.

  • Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain high client satisfaction standards.

  • Support departmental goals and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

  • Utilize Excel for tracking, data analysis, and report preparation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).

  • Experience: Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or coordination role preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
