We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Executive with experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical billing services, who can also support administrative and virtual assistant tasks. The ideal candidate will manage our search engine optimization strategies, improve online visibility, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client communication.
SEO & Digital Marketing
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored for healthcare and medical billing services.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify SEO opportunities.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for target keywords.
Conduct regular on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Collaborate with content writers to ensure healthcare-related content aligns with SEO goals and compliance guidelines (HIPAA awareness is a plus).
Virtual Assistant & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management.
Handle emails, client inquiries, and follow-up communications.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Assist with data entry, maintaining client records, and updating CRM systems.
Support the medical billing team with documentation tracking, payment follow-ups, and status updates.
Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing sector.
Strong understanding of SEO tools and digital marketing trends.
Familiarity with healthcare-related compliance and terminology (HIPAA knowledge preferred).
Experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative roles is a plus.
Knowledge of medical billing processes and US healthcare terminology.
Understanding of local SEO for healthcare providers.
Social media management experience for healthcare brands.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) for marketing materials.
