Job Description: International Operations Executive / BDE/ International Office Placement & Operations Executive

Position: Operations Executive / BDE/ Office Placement & Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive who should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills to engage with international clients effectively.


Duties & Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential office locations to inquire about office availability for QMEs.
    • Make follow up calls on potential clients
    • Assist in securing offices for QMEs
    • Gather and maintain accurate information from office managers.
    • Keep records updated in Excel spreadsheets and ensure proper documentation.
    • Communicate professionally via email correspondence with office managers and stakeholders.
    • Negotiate and persuade office managers to facilitate office placements.
    • Identify potential leads and maintain a database for follow-ups.
    • Keep track of leads and report progress to managers.
    • Generate leads while understanding the lead generation process.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills while dealing with clients.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Must have strong fluency in English (both written and spoken) for professional communication.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with international clients.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international operations support, or international client communications.
  • Experience in lead generation and data management is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare operations or QME-related work is a plus.

Education

  • O-Levels & A-Levels required (Intermediate not accepted).
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or currently enrolled in one).
