Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and medically literate Report Analyst / Scribe to assist with drafting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation reports for Qualified Medical Examinations (QMEs), Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), and other legal/clinical cases. You will work from pre-formatted templates and populate them with information extracted from patient interviews, diagnostic records, and psychological testing data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Populate structured neuropsychological report templates with patient-specific data.
• Extract relevant medical, psychiatric, and legal history from records.
• Input test scores and interpret results from psychological assessments (e.g., BDI-II, MMPI-2-RF, MoCA, etc.).
• Document clinical findings such as symptom reports, medication usage, and diagnostic impressions accurately.
• Ensure consistency, proper grammar, and formatting throughout the report.
• Communicate with the clinical team for clarification on missing or unclear information.
• Handle sensitive patient data with confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong background in psychology, neuroscience, pre-med, or a related healthcare field.
• Excellent written English and professional report-writing skills.
• Prior experience with medical records, psychological assessments, or scribing is preferred.
• Familiarity with psychological testing tools (BDI, BAI, GAD-7, MMPI-2-RF, WAIS-IV, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Word and working with clinical templates.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
• Prior experience working with QME, AME, or IME evaluations.
• Understanding of workers’ compensation/legal medical documentation (California EAMS is a plus).
