We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer to join our AI and Data Science team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agentic AI systems, LLMs, and knowledge retrieval architectures. You will play a key role in designing and deploying intelligent systems that leverage the latest advancements in large language models and structured workflows.
Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI architectures utilizing LLMs for advanced reasoning and decision-making.
Fine-tune and adapt models like GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, and Claude to meet domain-specific use cases.
Implement Graph-based RAG pipelines using Neo4j, ArangoDB, RDF stores, etc., for enhanced semantic retrieval.
Build and optimize autonomous, multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and similar orchestration tools.
Integrate AI systems with vector search engines (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and graph databases.
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to develop, test, and deploy AI-driven features.
Stay updated with ongoing research in LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, Graph RAG, and memory-based agent systems.
Proven hands-on experience with Agentic AI concepts: memory, reflection, planning, and tool use.
Strong working knowledge of LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Mistral, and HuggingFace Transformers.
Expertise in fine-tuning techniques: LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and full model fine-tuning on custom datasets.
Experience building Graph RAG pipelines using tools like Neo4j, ArangoDB, or RDF stores.
Proficiency in LangGraph or equivalent tools for structured, autonomous agent workflows.
Familiarity with vector search tools: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
Publications or contributions in the field of LLMs or Agentic AI.
Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
