Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably from a software sales background, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, sales prospecting and scheduling appointments with an emphasis on understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and building lasting relationships with prospective customers. If you are an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology, we want you to be part of our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in the software and technology space using various outreach methods (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.).
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Appointment Scheduling: 
Once a potential lead is identified, reach out to schedule an appointment, via email or phone.
Introduce the company and its software offerings and gauge interest.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities for business development.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates from a software sales or technology background.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to converse fluently and professionally with local clients.
Shift Availability: Willingness to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Skills:
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer acquisition.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
