Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the Operations Manager in achieving the department's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating operational activities.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance to ensure objectives are met.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Client management and resolve any issues related to operations.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with operational software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in BPO industry
- Knowledge of team management and continuous improvement methodologies.
