  • Strategic Brand Voice: Define and guard the brand’s persona across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency while adapting "vibes" specifically for TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

  • Creative Direction: Lead the visual and narrative direction for short-form video (Reels/TikToks). You aren't just hitting "post"; you are briefing creators and designers on high-converting hooks and storytelling.

  • Social Commerce & ROI: Track the full social-to-sale funnel. Collaborate with the performance team to align organic "hero" content with paid amplification for maximum efficiency.

  • Reputation & Crisis Management: Act as the frontline custodian for brand sentiment. Develop escalation protocols for sensitive PR moments and lead social listening initiatives to catch trends before they peak.

  • Community Architecture: Move beyond "likes" to build a moat of loyal advocates. Develop programs for user-generated content (UGC) and influencer partnerships that feel authentic, not transactional.
