Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
