Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Freight Broker to join our logistics and freight forwarding team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with shippers and carriers, and closing freight brokerage deals. You must have strong knowledge of the freight industry and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight brokerage industry.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners.
Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and carriers.
Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth freight operations and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM and generate regular reports on sales activity and market feedback.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain sales.
Strong understanding of US domestic freight (FTL, LTL, intermodal).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience with CRM tools and freight management software is a plus.
Proven network of shippers and/or carriers.
Experience working remotely with US-based clients.
Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA compliance regulations.
