Role Description
As a Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the online sales and strategies for our company. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, improving customer experience, and optimizing online marketing efforts. Your expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis will be essential in achieving our business objectives.
Role Requirements:
- Build a Media Buying strategy - TOF. MOF. BOF campaigns
- Advise on optimization - deciding what content to increase spending on, audiences to test, campaigns to stop, etc
- Understanding data segmentation and then building the strategies
- Analyze marketing performance with the Marketing Lead
- Research clients' competitors to figure out what type of adverts they use, what funnels they leverage, the bundles/offers and their brand positioning
- See what people are saying about your client to identify pain points and desires
- Analyze the customer survey responses to help build your funnel
- You will work with the clients to understand and set KPIs and OKRs and ensure the team delivers.
- You will ensure the client advertising budget is monitored and do not overspend.
- You will work with the team to ensure timelines are set based on the outputs needed
- A key part of your role is to build funnels for the client. This means deciding if the client needs a lead generation campaign (and if so what type of lead generation campaign) a quiz, a retargeting campaign, brand awareness, etc.
- The creative team will need to know how many assets (videos, posters, etc.) to build based on your input
- You will decide what bundles/offers/products to focus on depending on the clients. KPIs and the potential of the product
- Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies
Job Requirments
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
- Expertise in Meta campaigns, google and YouTube ads and Linked ads as well
- You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem-solver
Timings: 4pm -1am (Monday to Friday)
