Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Designer to oversee the design function across a multi-brand portfolio. This role combines creative leadership and hands-on execution, covering UI/UX product design, marketing visuals, and social media creatives.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who can move confidently between product interface design and marketing creatives while maintaining high-quality standards. You will also lead and mentor junior designers, establish design standards, and ensure consistent visual identity across all brands.


Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Product Design

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for digital products, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final handoff.

  • Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms.

  • Map user flows and create accessible, user-friendly interfaces.

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

  • Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.

  • Conduct usability reviews and improve product experiences continuously.

Graphic & Visual Design

  • Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all brands in the portfolio.

  • Create landing page visuals, email templates, banners, and campaign graphics.

  • Review and approve work produced by junior designers to ensure quality standards.

Social Media Creative Design

  • Create engaging visuals for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Design static posts, animated creatives, and short-form video visuals.

  • Adapt creatives according to platform dimensions and best practices.

  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure visual and messaging alignment.

  • Stay updated on evolving social media design trends.

Design Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the daily workflow of the design team.

  • Assign tasks, review work, and maintain design quality standards.

  • Establish and document design processes and brand guidelines.

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to junior designers.

  • Manage design priorities across multiple brands and stakeholders.

  • Escalate resource constraints or workflow challenges when necessary.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Experience

  • 4–6 years of professional design experience.

  • At least 2 years in a senior or leadership design role.

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web or mobile).

  • Experience managing design output across multiple brands.

  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring junior designers.

  • A strong portfolio covering UI/UX, marketing visuals, and social media creatives.


Technical Skills & Tools

Required Tools

  • Figma (advanced proficiency)

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Canva (advanced)

Nice to Have

  • Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision

  • After Effects or CapCut for motion content

  • InDesign for layout design

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS constraints

  • Experience with developer handoff workflows
