We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Designer to oversee the design function across a multi-brand portfolio. This role combines creative leadership and hands-on execution, covering UI/UX product design, marketing visuals, and social media creatives.
The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who can move confidently between product interface design and marketing creatives while maintaining high-quality standards. You will also lead and mentor junior designers, establish design standards, and ensure consistent visual identity across all brands.
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for digital products, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final handoff.
Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Map user flows and create accessible, user-friendly interfaces.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.
Conduct usability reviews and improve product experiences continuously.
Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
Maintain brand consistency across all brands in the portfolio.
Create landing page visuals, email templates, banners, and campaign graphics.
Review and approve work produced by junior designers to ensure quality standards.
Create engaging visuals for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Design static posts, animated creatives, and short-form video visuals.
Adapt creatives according to platform dimensions and best practices.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure visual and messaging alignment.
Stay updated on evolving social media design trends.
Lead and manage the daily workflow of the design team.
Assign tasks, review work, and maintain design quality standards.
Establish and document design processes and brand guidelines.
Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to junior designers.
Manage design priorities across multiple brands and stakeholders.
Escalate resource constraints or workflow challenges when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
4–6 years of professional design experience.
At least 2 years in a senior or leadership design role.
Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web or mobile).
Experience managing design output across multiple brands.
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring junior designers.
A strong portfolio covering UI/UX, marketing visuals, and social media creatives.
