Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective U.S. clients under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in generating leads and maintaining sales databases.
Learn and adapt sales strategies tailored to international markets.
Follow up on leads and support the sales conversion process.
Provide support across various sales teams as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0–1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or outbound calling.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales-driven environment.
Comfortable with night shift timings.
Educational qualification: O/A Levels background is a must.
