AI/R&D Engineer – Appedology Pvt Ltd

Appedology Pvt Ltd is hiring an AI/R&D Engineer to join our team in Karachi (DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial).

Required Skills:

  • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, systems design)

  • Machine Learning & Deep Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, model training, fine-tuning, transfer learning

  • LLMs & VLMs: Hands-on experience with large models, RAG & Graph RAG, document ingestion, chunking strategies

  • Agent-Based Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack

  • NLP: Text classification, summarization

  • Tooling & Deployment: Python (expert level), GIT, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, GPU-backed model deployment
