Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.

  • Identify potential business opportunities through market research and client profiling.

  • Present and promote company services to prospective clients in a professional manner.

  • Schedule discovery calls, demos, or meetings for the sales team.

  • Maintain and update all outreach activities in the CRM system.

  • Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales funnel.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services.

  • Handle sales pressure with a goal-oriented, professional attitude.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency mandatory).

  • Confidence and clarity in both phone-based and email outreach.

  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
