Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
Identify potential business opportunities through market research and client profiling.
Present and promote company services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
Schedule discovery calls, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update all outreach activities in the CRM system.
Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Handle sales pressure with a goal-oriented, professional attitude.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency mandatory).
Confidence and clarity in both phone-based and email outreach.
Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
