Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling HR software solutions (SaaS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, especially within the HR tech industry, and must possess excellent English communication skills to engage with local and international clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the HR tech space

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through presentations, demos, and negotiations

  • Understand client HR pain points and propose tailored SaaS solutions

  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling HR-related software or SaaS solutions

  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee data handling

  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written

  • B2B sales experience with the ability to close mid-to-large scale deals

  • Comfortable delivering demos and conducting meetings with HR professionals and decision-makers


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics (churn, CAC, LTV, etc.)

  • Previous experience working with tech startups or HRMS platforms
