We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling HR software solutions (SaaS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, especially within the HR tech industry, and must possess excellent English communication skills to engage with local and international clients.
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the HR tech space
Build and maintain strong client relationships through presentations, demos, and negotiations
Understand client HR pain points and propose tailored SaaS solutions
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback
Proven experience in selling HR-related software or SaaS solutions
Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee data handling
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
B2B sales experience with the ability to close mid-to-large scale deals
Comfortable delivering demos and conducting meetings with HR professionals and decision-makers
Experience in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Knowledge of SaaS metrics (churn, CAC, LTV, etc.)
Previous experience working with tech startups or HRMS platforms

Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Problem-solver with a consultative sales approach
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
