Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Conduct detailed requirement collection sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational gaps to translate into system requirements.
Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Maintain traceability matrices and ensure clarity of requirements for development and QA teams.
Product Demonstrations & Client Communication
Deliver clear and confident product demonstrations for EHR and related systems.
Understand client pain points and translate them into actionable enhancements.
Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
Support onboarding and training sessions when required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with development, QA, UI/UX, and PMO teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
Participate in daily scrums and sprint planning sessions.
Ensure timely communication of requirement changes, clarifications, and blockers.
Documentation & Quality Assurance Support
Prepare complete and structured documentation, including system workflows, feature guides, and release notes.
Work with QA team to validate test cases, test data, and functional coverage.
Review developed features to ensure they match defined requirements (“pre-UAT verification”).
Product & Process Improvements
Identify new opportunities for process automation, optimization, and efficiency.
Provide recommendations based on data, user feedback, and industry best practices.
Support AI and RPA-based features by providing clear process understanding and validation criteria.
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong understanding of system/Application, workflow, or BPO-related systems (preferred).
Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, flowcharts, and user stories.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Miro, Figma, or similar.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in simple language
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
1–3+ years experience as a Business Analyst (Healthcare/EHR/Medical BPO domain preferred).
