We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, customer support, and team leadership, with the ability to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and ensure excellent customer experience. Experience in healthcare or medical billing sales is a strong advantage.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and customer support team to achieve individual and team targets.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including target allocation, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Monitor team performance through regular QA evaluations, call monitoring, and reporting.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans to enhance productivity and quality.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports using HubSpot CRM and MS Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.
Identify gaps, resolve operational issues, and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and outcomes.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and customer support with proven team management experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in sales operations, target allocation, and performance monitoring.
Demonstrated experience in QA monitoring, coaching, and driving performance improvement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and MS Excel reporting.
Healthcare or medical billing sales experience preferred.
