We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Digital Marketer to spearhead our paid acquisition and organic brand presence. This role is designed for a technical marketer who excels in Google and Meta Ads Management but also possesses the creative eye to design high-converting assets using Canva or Adobe and context prompting for Copywriting like Claude, or Gemini. You will be the engine behind our lead generation, balancing aggressive paid growth with consistent organic engagement and foundational SEO health.
Paid Media & Performance (Core Focus)
Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to drive high ROAS and lead volume.
Optimization: Constant A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to lower CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Tracking: Ensure pixel health, conversion API setup, and accurate attribution across all paid channels.
Creative & Organic Engagement
Basic Design: Create and edit visually appealing social media posts, ad banners, and marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Organic Growth: Manage daily organic postings, community engagement, and reactive commenting to build brand authority.
Content Creation: Write punchy, conversion-focused ad copy and basic blog/social content that aligns with the brand voice.Using LLM with Good understanding about context prompting.
Marketing Operations & SEO
Basic SEO: Maintain site health via on-page optimization, meta-tagging, and keyword-rich content updates to support organic discovery.
Lead Nurturing: Manage basic email sequences and sales funnel flows to ensure leads from paid ads are properly nurtured.
Reporting: Present transparent performance data to the Assistant Marketing Manager, highlighting wins and areas for strategic pivots.
Required
Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing with a heavy emphasis on Paid Media Management.
Paid Ads Mastery: Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets on Meta and Google Ads.
Design Literacy: Practical experience using Canva or Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) to produce marketing assets.
Soft Skills: Strong English communication skills for client/stakeholder reporting and ad copywriting.
Preferred (Plus)
Certifications: Active Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or HubSpot certifications.
Experience: Previous work in B2B demand generation or agency-side experience.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to read "between the numbers" to optimize ad spend.
Creative Execution: Turning abstract marketing goals into visual and written reality.
Self-Driven: Capability to manage the evening shift autonomously and hit targets without constant supervision.
