We are looking for a proactive and results driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales VM department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client communication, lead management, and business outreach through cold calling. If you have strong persuasion skills and experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) we’d love to hear from you.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
Manage and maintain leads in the CRM system (Zoho preferred)
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication
Present and promote products/services to potential clients
Understand customer needs and provide suitable business solutions
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the department
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversions
Prepare and maintain sales reports for management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
0.5–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Prior experience in the software or IT services industry
Knowledge of sales automation tools and lead generation strategies
5 working days (Monday–Friday)
