The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling client communications, conducting research and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via email, phone, and other channels
Conduct research, investigations, and data analysis to support team objectives
Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF)
Perform arithmetic and data-related tasks with accuracy
Apply critical and analytical thinking to problem-solving and decision-making
Maintain attendance dependability and uphold professionalism at all times
Assist in special projects and provide cross-functional support when required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
1-4 years of experience in a relevant role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent, confident, energetic, and professional demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF)
Strong research, active listening, and investigative abilities
Analytical mindset with good arithmetic skills
Dependable and consistent in attendance and performance
