Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Service Delivery Executive to support the implementation and ongoing delivery of the Culture HCM platform. The role focuses on onboarding clients, ensuring successful deployment of system modules, and delivering exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS environments, a strong understanding of HR processes, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding and successful implementation of the Culture HCM platform for new clients.
Understand client requirements and configure HRIS/HRMS modules accordingly.
Deliver product demos, training sessions, and ongoing customer support.
Monitor client usage, system performance, and service SLAs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
Manage communication with stakeholders and ensure smooth service delivery throughout the client lifecycle.
Gather client feedback and collaborate with product and development teams for enhancements.
Maintain documentation, reports, and status updates as required.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in SaaS service delivery, customer success, or implementation roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes; familiarity with HRIS/HRMS platforms is a strong plus.
Experience working with HR-based SaaS products.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with internal technical teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to HR workflows such as attendance, payroll, or performance management.
Experience working with CRM or support ticketing systems.
Ability to analyze client usage data to recommend improvements.
