We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Executive with strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing and personal branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing content, building brand presence, and supporting clients through effective communication and strategy execution.
The role requires a good design sense, basic copywriting skills, and the ability to manage client expectations with professionalism and clarity.
1. LinkedIn Marketing & Personal Branding
Manage LinkedIn profiles (brand and personal) with consistent posting, engagement, and community growth.
Create content calendars and execute posting strategies for visibility and audience engagement.
Optimize profiles for maximum reach, brand perception, and lead visibility.
2. Content Creation & Copywriting
Draft basic copies for posts, captions, and engagement messages.
Collaborate with designers to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned creatives.
Bring fresh ideas for content formats including carousels, short posts, storytelling, and thought leadership.
3. Social Media Management
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand presence.
Ensure consistency in brand voice across all social channels.
4. Client Communication & Client Communication
Conduct regular check-ins with clients for updates, approvals, and performance reviews.
Maintain clear communication to understand expectations and deliverables.
Share monthly reports, insights, and improvement recommendations.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams.
Assist in planning campaigns, scheduling content, and managing deadlines.
? 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (LinkedIn experience preferred).
? Strong understanding of personal branding strategies.
? Good design eye with the ability to suggest or create visual concepts.
? Basic copywriting skills with a conversational and professional tone.
? Excellent communication and client management skills.
? Familiarity with social tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.).
? Ability to work proactively and manage multiple profiles.
Experience with LinkedIn analytics and lead-generation tactics.
Understanding of B2B social media strategies.
Experience working with international clients or executives.
