Key Responsibilities:

• Engage professionally with clients/customers to negotiate terms, agreements, or resolutions.

• Maintain clear, concise, and effective communication across all interactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all negotiations and agreements.

• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and meet departmental targets.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and persuasive with a professional and positive attitude.

• No prior experience required – fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply!

• Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.

• Willingness to work night shifts.
