Extract and compile complete Legal document packets from EAMS FileNet upon request for specific documentation.
Maintain the master records within Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely retrieval of Legal documents for cases.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that all required Legal documentation is prepared and submitted according to internal and external guidelines.
Respond promptly to live requests for Legal documentation, ensuring high-quality and error-free document extraction.
Follow Legal document preparation and extraction procedures in line with guidance from senior management.
Continuously monitor the Legal document management process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Education:
Intermediate degree in a related field (Business, Information Management, or Legal Studies preferred).
1-2 years of experience in document management or related roles.
