We are seeking a high-caliber Senior SEO Strategist with a deep focus on the B2B sector. This is not a traditional "backlink building" role; it is a technical and strategic position designed for an expert who understands the evolving landscape of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). You will be responsible for ensuring our portfolio of brands remains at the forefront of AI-driven discovery and traditional search engine rankings.
Search Strategy & Optimization
Execute end-to-end SEO strategies tailored for complex B2B sales cycles and high-intent decision-makers.
Optimize content for AI Overviews, LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), and traditional SERPs through advanced AEO and GEO tactics.
Perform deep technical audits, managing Core Web Vitals, schema markup (JSON-LD), and site architecture.
Conduct advanced keyword intent mapping and topical authority clustering to dominate niche B2B categories.
Rankings & Performance
Monitor and pivot strategies in response to Google Core Updates and search algorithm shifts in real-time.
Drive organic lead generation (MQLs/SQLs) by aligning SEO efforts with the bottom-of-funnel business goals.
Build and maintain a high-quality, authoritative backlink profile through ethical, white-hat outreach and PR.
Reporting & Analytics
Use SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to translate raw data into monthly executive growth reports.
Track "Share of Voice" and brand citations across generative AI platforms.
Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CS, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional SEO experience, specifically within the B2B industry.
Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in SEO, AEO, and GEO; must be able to demonstrate previous success in ranking for AI-driven search.
Analytical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Search Console.
