Duties & Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls to potential office locations to inquire about office availability for QMEs.
? Make follow up calls on potential clients
? Assist in securing offices for QMEs
? Gather and maintain accurate information from office managers.
? Keep records updated in Excel spreadsheets and ensure proper documentation.
? Communicate professionally via email correspondence with office managers and stakeholders.
? Negotiate and persuade office managers to facilitate office placements.
? Identify potential leads and maintain a database for follow-ups.
? Keep track of leads and report progress to managers.
? Generate leads while understanding the lead generation process.
? Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
? Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills while dealing with clients.

Knowledge & Skills
? Must have strong fluency in English (both written and spoken) for professional communication.
? Must demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision.
? Must have strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
? Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
? Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
? Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
? Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with international clients.

Experience
? Minimum 2 year of experience in international operations support, or international client communications.
? Experience in lead generation and data management is preferred.
? Experience in healthcare operations or QME-related work is a plus.

Education
? O-Levels & A-Levels required (Intermediate not accepted).
? Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or currently enrolled in one).
