Job Summary:
The Team Manager is responsible for leading a team, making sure processing of second review on medical bills, reviewing claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in billing operations and second bill review processes. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:

Supervise, mentor, and coach a team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in processing medical bills and claims.

Monitor workflow and ensure timely and compliant completion of billing and second bill review tasks.

Implement and enforce company policies and industry regulations related to billing practices.

Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team knowledge and performance.

Analyze billing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex billing issues.

Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team productivity and service levels.

Ensure customer service excellence by addressing escalated billing / second bill review concerns and providing resolutions.
