We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with an accounting background to support our team. The ideal candidate will be sharp, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. This role requires strong communication skills, intellectual agility, and intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
Provide administrative and accounting support to the management team.
Handle data entry, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations as needed.
Prepare, update, and maintain financial records and reports.
Manage invoices, billing, and expense tracking.
Perform internet research, document preparation, and email correspondence.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Support in scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all assigned tasks.
Take ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in accounting support, administrative assistance, or similar role.
Strong multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate level: formulas, data management, pivot tables).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Sharp, intellectual, and quick learner with a proactive mindset.
