Market Research: Identify and research potential opportunities on Upwork and Bark to expand our client base.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a bidder on Upwork and Bark or similar platforms.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new opportunities and following up with potential clients.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and client interactions simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure all client requirements are accurately addressed in proposals.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with online bidding platforms and basic project management tools.
