Requirement:

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least a high school education, with preference given to those who have graduated. They should be proficient in using computers, have excellent English communication and writing skills, and have knowledge of Excel.

Role and Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this role is to Call Law firms and get status of patient cases with updates on the Client Portal. This involves coordinating with clients and following the guidelines and standard operating procedures provided by Client. Additionally, this role is responsible for properly reporting and ensuring target achievement. This role is focused on achieving 100% client satisfaction.

 
SPECIFICATION
 

  • Manage the daily “CSR Call List” by touching cases in a timely manner
  • Leave accurate “Call /Email Notes” identifying last contact points with attorneys at and Case levels.
  • Reporting to Management – Clients
  • Shift Reporting
  • Maintaining KPIs as per standards
