Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executives to join our Virtual Mojoe Sales Team. This role demands a strong background in cold calling and outbound sales, with a proven track record in generating leads across U.S. markets. The right candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and capable of working independently to meet aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting U.S.-based prospects.
Generate qualified leads through persistent outbound efforts.
Present and promote services in a consultative, solution-based manner.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Contribute to strategic discussions on lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years in outbound sales or cold calling roles.
Prior experience in at least one of the following areas:
Design Sales
eBook Sales
POS Sales
Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
Strong organizational and CRM tool usage skills.
Educational qualification: O/A Levels background is a must.
