Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executives to join our Virtual Mojoe Sales Team. This role demands a strong background in cold calling and outbound sales, with a proven track record in generating leads across U.S. markets. The right candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and capable of working independently to meet aggressive sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting U.S.-based prospects.

  • Generate qualified leads through persistent outbound efforts.

  • Present and promote services in a consultative, solution-based manner.

  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools.

  • Contribute to strategic discussions on lead generation and conversion.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding.


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years in outbound sales or cold calling roles.

  • Prior experience in at least one of the following areas:

    • Design Sales

    • eBook Sales

    • POS Sales

  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

  • Strong organizational and CRM tool usage skills.

  • Educational qualification: O/A Levels background is a must.
