Position Overview: The AI/ML Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing generative AI models and large language models (LLMs) to solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings. This role requires deep technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and LLMs for various applications, including natural language processing, text generation, and more.
• Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, particularly in generative models and LLMs. Conduct research to improve existing models and develop new algorithms and techniques.
• Data Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets required for training generative models and LLMs. Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and scalability. Implement techniques for model compression, pruning, and efficient inference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy models in production environments and implement monitoring tools to ensure their performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document the development process, methodologies, and findings. Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models and large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and models.
• Proficient in Transfer learning, Regix & MLOPS.
• Experience with data preprocessing and handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stay current with the latest research and advancements in AI and machine learning.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with transformer-based models, such as GPT, BERT, or similar.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AI and machine learning, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
