Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated UI/UX Designer with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for creative excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Figma, be adept at creating visually engaging social media content (including posts, reels, and carousels), and have the ability to lead and train junior resources effectively.

This is a dynamic role combining design execution with mentorship responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging UI/UX layouts and experiences for web and mobile platforms using Figma

  • Create eye-catching social media graphics, carousels, and reels for brand communication

  • Work collaboratively with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and usability

  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

  • Train and mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and build internal design capability

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and apply best practices in UI/UX design

  • Ensure a strong balance between creativity, performance, and usability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required)

  • Expertise in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

  • Hands-on experience with social media design including Instagram/Facebook posts, reels, and carousels

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and autonomy

  • Prior experience or interest in training/mentoring team members is a must

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in visual design, interaction design, or a related field

  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus

  • Experience in working with agile/scrum teams
