Job Description

Job Summary:

1. Conduct AI R&D to explore and develop innovative algorithms, models, and techniques, enhancing the capabilities of new or existing systems

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify R&D opportunities, prototype experimental AI solutions, and validate their feasibility for real-world applications

3. Document and present R&D outcomes to guide future development and inform deployment strategies.

4. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
5. Resolve technical issues promptly to maintain the integrity of AI/ML systems.
6. Integrate R&D projects into the existing MLOps pipeline for smooth deployment.
7. Monitor the performance of deployed ML models and implement retraining when necessary.
