Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Growth & Business Development professional to join our team. This role involves selling software solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies and implementing business development plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Actively engage in selling the company’s software products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach; nurture leads and convert them into sales.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base.
  • Presentations and Demos: Conduct presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas by closing deals and ensuring consistent growth in revenue.
  • Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations, pricing, and proposals in coordination with the sales team and management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest software trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software products and the software industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
