Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, train, and inspire our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team, conducting quality assurance (QA) on sales calls, researching potential leads (with a focus on doctors and their practice size), and training the team on effective opening call scripts and research techniques. This role also involves strategizing to improve team performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Candidates with a strong background in sales or marketing and relevant educational qualifications will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their appointments targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share updates, and resolve challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Review call recordings to ensure adherence to scripts, quality standards, and effective communication.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to team members.
Lead Research & Strategy:
- Research potential leads, focusing on doctors, their specialties, practice size, and location, to prepare the team with valuable insights before making calls.
- Identify opportunities to target specific segments of the healthcare industry to maximize lead conversion.
Training & Development:
- Train the team on sales strategies, opening call scripts, and effective lead research techniques.
- Conduct role-playing sessions and workshops to improve team skills and confidence.
- Develop and update training materials to align with evolving business needs and industry trends.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Work with the leadership team to develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve company objectives.
- Assist in creating sales pitches, presentations, and scripts tailored to the target audience.
- Guide the team in overcoming objections and closing deals effectively.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the leadership team.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure alignment in lead generation campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Proven background in sales or marketing, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales management.
- Experience in training and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Industry knowledge and experience in healthcare or workers' compensation is an advantage.
