We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our Green Sense Billing (GSB) campaign. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably within the medical services industry, and a strong ability to manage high-volume outreach through calls and emails. This role requires excellent communication skills, CRM familiarity, and a target-oriented mindset.
Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospective clients using refined lead datasets
Maintain a minimum of 100 minutes of daily talk time
Send at least 50 outbound emails per day to potential prospects
Secure a minimum of 3 qualified appointments daily
Accurately update and manage leads, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Utilize Google My Business (GMB) and provided lead data to support outreach efforts
Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified appointments
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience
Prior experience in medical services sales is highly preferred
Hands-on experience working with refined lead datasets
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Experience or understanding of GMB-based outreach
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in US healthcare or billing campaigns
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting
Salary: Up to PKR 90,000 (based on experience and skills)
5 working days (Monday–Friday)
