Job Description: SEO Executive
We are seeking a talented SEO Executive to join our team and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving website rankings, and optimizing content for search engines. A strong understanding of website optimization and basic YouTube SEO skills is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Website Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for search engine visibility.
- Improve website structure, speed, and usability to enhance user experience and search rankings.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues such as broken links and crawl errors.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Content Management:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, keyword-rich content.
- Ensure on-page SEO practices are followed in all published content.
- Update and maintain a consistent internal linking structure.

YouTube SEO:
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to improve visibility and ranking on YouTube.
- Research and apply effective keywords for YouTube videos.
- Analyze YouTube channel performance using tools like YouTube Analytics and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies to grow the channel and engage the target audience.

Off-Page SEO:
- Build and manage backlinks to increase domain authority.
- Collaborate with external platforms for guest posting and other link-building activities.
- Monitor and manage local SEO efforts, including Google My Business profiles.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular performance reports for SEO efforts, including website and video analytics.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of website optimization techniques, including technical SEO.
- Familiarity with YouTube optimization and video marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush & Ahrefs).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video editing tools and YouTube content management.
- Knowledge of local SEO and mobile-first optimization.
- Familiarity with paid search campaigns is a plus.
