We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Manager Sales with hands-on experience in selling HR software or SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR-related business challenges and capable of articulating the value of tech-driven solutions to HR departments and leadership teams. Excellent English communication skills are essential for both local and international client engagement.
Support the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demos
Understand HR process flows and align software capabilities with client needs
Assist in lead generation, proposal development, and pipeline management
Maintain relationships with prospective clients and follow up to ensure conversion
Document sales activity, client feedback, and competitor trends
Prior experience in selling HR software or SaaS solutions
Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, or employee records management
Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and CRM tools
Ability to understand technical features and translate them into business value
Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms
Understanding of SaaS KPIs and metrics
Background in a tech or software-focused company
Goal-oriented with a growth mindset
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Organized, collaborative, and eager to learn
Capable of handling multiple client accounts and follow-ups
