Key Responsibilities:
Document Organization:
Arrange patient information by organizing documents, folders, and creating records within the designated portal.
Ensure all patient documents are filed correctly and easily retrievable.
Data Entry and Review:
Enter patient information into Excel spreadsheets accurately.
Review documents to ensure they meet compliance requirements before data entry.
Verify the accuracy of the data entered against the original documents.
Portal Upload Verification:
Upload patient data to the client portal promptly.
Confirm the accurate entry of each patient’s information along with their respective date of service in the portal.
Conduct regular audits of the portal to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
