Job Description

Senior Sales Manager – Sales & Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple sales campaigns, ensuring revenue growth, operational efficiency, and high-performance team management. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, performance optimization, and driving measurable business outcomes across all assigned campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Sales Management

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple campaigns.

  • Oversee four active campaigns led by dedicated managers.

  • Ensure alignment of campaign objectives with overall organizational goals.

  • Drive business expansion and revenue optimization strategies.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor campaign managers and a team of 50+ sales professionals.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building initiatives.

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.

  • Design and conduct training programs to enhance sales skills and team motivation.

3. Operations & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor daily sales operations, KPIs, and quality standards.

  • Track conversion rates, revenue performance, and campaign productivity.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and support teams.

4. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

  • Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize campaign performance.

  • Strengthen client relationships and ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Support new campaign launches and scalability initiatives.
