Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our team. If you excel in sourcing top talent and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, including job descriptions, advertisements, and sourcing plans.
-Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions across BPO/Call Center and software domains.
-Coordinate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations with shortlisted candidates.
-Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
-Align hiring decisions with the organization's culture and core values.
-Maintain an internal CV database and leverage diverse recruitment platforms for headhunting.
-Execute job offers promptly and follow up with selected candidates.
Requirements:
-3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in BPO, call centers, or software houses, with a focus on mass hiring.
-Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-A passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
