We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in lead generation and nurturing with a basic understanding of digital marketing. This role involves utilizing various platforms to extract, qualify, and nurture leads, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Identify, extract, and nurture leads across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry-specific databases, online forums) to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Outreach: Engage with prospective clients through emails, calls, and social media to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Lead Management: Track, monitor, and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand target industries and prospective clients' needs, helping to position our solutions effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Utilize basic digital marketing skills to assist in campaign planning, content creation, and social media outreach to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, share insights on lead quality, and enhance lead nurturing strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance, providing insights to improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead management tools.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.
  • Experience in B2B sales or a similar industry.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and social media engagement strategies.
