The Role:
The Performance Manager will be responsible for driving and improving the performance of department. This role requires a data-driven leader with strong analytical and coaching abilities, focused on developing strategies to optimize employee performance, operational efficiency, and overall departmental success. The Performance Manager will work closely with leadership to identify performance gaps, set clear goals, and implement strategies that foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management strategies that align with organizational goals and improve team performance.
- Regularly assess and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for development.
- Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and measurable objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews, track progress, and create action plans to address any performance gaps.
- Develop and manage performance improvement initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and resources.
- Monitor the effectiveness of performance management systems and processes, suggesting enhancements where necessary.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to deliver feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.
